These Terms of Service govern your use of vreadiness.com, the BRAIN™ Scan assessment, the Capital Readiness System, the Capital Readiness Methodology consulting practice, and Data Governance for SMEs services provided by Versatil Readiness LLC. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Acceptance
By accessing the site or starting a BRAIN™ Scan, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and authorized to act on behalf of the business you describe. Our services are intended for Florida small businesses and, in the case of the Capital Readiness System, for firms serving Florida small businesses.
What we provide
Versatil Readiness LLC provides educational business readiness assessment, software-supported analysis, the BRAIN™ Framework (educational methodology), Capital Readiness programs, Data Governance and documentation organization, human-reviewed readiness reports, and educational action plans.
What we do not provide
Versatil Readiness LLC does not provide lending, underwriting, credit decisions, loan approvals or denials, pre-approvals or prequalifications, specific lender or product recommendations, loan brokerage, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, investment advice, financial planning, credit repair, debt settlement, representation before creditors or regulators, SBA lender or bank services, or consumer credit services.
Account and accuracy
You agree to provide accurate information. We may decline service or end the engagement if information is materially false.
Fees
Service fees are stated at the point of purchase or in the applicable engagement schedule. Refund terms are described at checkout for each engagement.
Intellectual property
The BRAIN™ Framework (Business Risk Analysis & Intelligent Navigation Engine), the Readiness Score framework, the site content, and brand assets are the property of Versatil Readiness LLC. You receive a personal license to use the deliverables provided under your engagement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the assessment, or use the service for unlawful activity. White-label use of the Capital Readiness System by a buyer for service to their own clients is subject to the platform agreement.
Software-supported and future AI features
Current services use rules-based logic and software-supported analysis. We may introduce AI-assisted, AI-powered, or AI-native features in the future. When introduced, those features will be disclosed and remain subject to these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is basis. Versatil Readiness LLC is not a lender, bank, SBA lender, CDFI, underwriter, broker-dealer, law firm, CPA firm, credit repair organization, debt settlement company, investment adviser, financial planner, or credit reporting agency. We make no warranty that any assessment will produce any particular financing outcome. Outcomes depend on lender criteria, documentation, and factors outside our control.
Separate legal entity
Versatil Readiness LLC is a separate legal entity from Versatil Financial LLC. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by Versatil Readiness LLC, the services, decisions, obligations, and representations of Versatil Financial LLC are independent from and do not bind Versatil Readiness LLC.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice; a credit decision, credit score, credit report, or underwriting determination; or an approval, denial, pre-approval, or prequalification from any lender. Any decision to apply for, accept, or take on financing is made solely by the client with third parties.
